Hi, I'm the one who's looking for a rear wheel for a KLX 650R 1994.
I'm from Sherbrooke, Quebec, (Canada). I also have a shipping address in the U.S. in Vermont.

do you know if other model wheels would work for you? like a KLX 250 R? or KLX 250 S? I think they should not sure but if they do, those are plenty available since the 250 has a far longer production run

also KLX300 should also be closer I did some quick searching it seems to be about the same, you may have to just adjust the hub by loosening one side and tightening the other

here I found this info while going over my notes for stuff I put down in the past. this should make your search easier:

[ The rear hubs will interchange with KLX300, And most KDX and KX from 91-02 ish

I routinely swap between My 91 KX500, 99 KLX300 and 97 KLX650.

For the front, KLX and KDX both have speedo drives. The KX's fit, just no speedo drive. ]
