Anyone rebuilt the forks yet? I’m planning on it once the weather really turns to poop. Right now still enjoying riding a little. When I do I plan on putting Race Tech gold valves in as well and playing with the shims. I had already replaced the springs with something a little stiffer.

I’m wondering what ‘special’ tools I would have to buy and what can be modified or easily fabbed up. Anyone know? Both seals are leaking pretty good now after sitting for so long and now getting ridden.

Well I've not done the forks on the a KLX650, this is the best video I found. Well worth the watch. Tore down and did the forks on my RMZ
and rebuilt them with no issues at all.
